Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are custom-made to order, our fulfillment and shipping processes differ slightly from traditional retail stores.

We partner with Printify, a premier print-on-demand network, to print and ship our products directly to your doorstep. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping practices.


1. Production & Processing Times

  • All items are printed and crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.

  • Standard Production Time: It typically takes 2 to 7 business days to print, quality-check, and package your order before it is shipped.

  • Note: Production times may increase slightly during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has finished production, it is handed over to a major shipping carrier (such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

  • Domestic Shipping (US): Typically takes 3 to 7 business days once shipped.

  • International Shipping: Typically takes 10 to 30 business days once shipped, depending on your location and local customs clearance.

  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.

  • If you ordered multiple different items, they may be printed at different Printify facilities. In this case, they will ship separately, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Please note that our store is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges applied by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because our system submits orders directly to our printing partner for rapid production, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed.

  • If a package is returned to our printer due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

We want you to love your purchase!

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly coordinate with Printify to secure a free replacement for you.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package’s tracking has stopped updating for an unusual amount of time, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
